Fresh and mineral, this gastronomy wine, AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence, is made from a one hectare plot and a blend of rolle (70%), white grenache (20%) and clairette (10%).
Only 2,000 bottles are available. Golden yellow color, fruity nose (candied fruits, buttered notes), it is very fresh, complex and of great finesse.
