2018 will be remembered as a beautiful vintage in Chinon, marked by early flowering. The Grosbois estate cultivates 12 hectares of clay-limestone soil on the slopes of Panzoult. On the outskirts of the estate, century-old vines on a half-hectare plot of Millarge soil produce great Chinon wines with great regularity. This is where Clôture comes from, this round and silky cuvée, typical of the fruit, available in small quantities and made to accompany red meat.
