The Nasti family’s establishment has renovated its bar and is getting a new restaurant.

It is a brand new Chambard that opens its doors this winter. After several weeks of work, the establishment of the Nasti family unveils a new universe articulated around a Marius Completely reinvented bar and a new concept: the Table du Sommelier. Chef Olivier Nasti and sommelier Jean-Baptiste Klein, Best Workers both from France, have imagined this place for the guests of the hotel as well as for visiting epicureans by inviting them to discover.

The newly created restaurant, alternative to the gastronomic table (two Michelin stars) of Olivier Nasti, is installed in the cellar of Chambart, between the stone walls, the beams in wood and thousands of bottles. Around two sharing tables of eight and ten people, Olivier Nasti and Jean-Baptiste Klein have developed a contemporary cuisine composed of favorite products and natural wines. A unique menu, surprise, is elaborated according to the products of the day. On his side, the Marius Bar is decorated in a way that invites you to take a break from time, surrounded by of cookbooks and archival photos of the Chambart. The following are served savory treats and pastries.
