The Corsican PDO of Château Nasica

TheChâteau Nasica, an ancient olive grove located near the Regional Natural Park of Corsica, produces a PDO extra virgin olive oil from forgotten varieties – niellaghia, sabina, picholine and germana – planted in the heart of a land invaded by thyme, rosemary, herba barona and nepita. Tasty, particularly fruity, it offers notes of artichoke and aromatics and its great length in the mouth ends on a slightly spicy hazelnut note. Rich in antioxidants, peroxide and polyphenols like the best oils from Tuscany, this Corsican oil is a great gourmet oil whose PDO guarantees the origin of the olives and the place of crushing, as well as its typicality and quality.
