It has only been present in France since 2020, and outside the United States, it can only be found here. The Weller brand of bourbon includes an exclusive 12-year-old nectar. Refined, this bourbon with a deep amber color is the result of a work carried by the knowledge of the Kentucky distillery, which, for this spirit, has replaced rye with wheat to give it more sweetness. Its long aging has allowed it to develop complex aromas of vanilla, wood and sweet spices. Some toasted notes mingle with the tasting. The finish, long and sweet, is typical of chocolate. This bourbon offers a nice suppleness that makes it a bourbon to enjoy dry as well as in cocktails.
