Here is a champagne as we like it. With this 2014 Extra Brut vintage, dosed at 3 g per liter, Leclerc Briant offers a great gastronomic champagne, perfectly balanced, based on a mastered equation between blending, dosage and aging. To develop it, the house of Epernay relied on the three grape varieties of Champagne: pinot noir (60%), pinot meunier (20%) and chardonnay (20%).

The pinot noir brings power and structure, balanced by the other grape varieties. Partially vinified in barrels, this vintage presents fine bubbles and a fruity, balanced nose. The tasting reveals precise aromas of fruits and their in a beautiful balance and a beautiful vivacity supported by the chardonnay. The long aging and the low dosage give this champagne a superb vinosity
