After several weeks of work, the establishment\nof the Nasti family unveils a new universe articulated around a Marius\nCompletely reinvented bar and a new concept: the Table du Sommelier.\nChef Olivier Nasti and sommelier Jean-Baptiste Klein, Best Workers\nboth from France, have imagined this place for the guests of the hotel\nas well as for visiting epicureans by inviting them to discover.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lhonoremagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Capture-d&#x2019;e&#x301;cran-2020-03-10-a&#x300;-12.39.38-1160x773.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6132\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>The newly created restaurant,\nalternative to the gastronomic table (two Michelin stars) of Olivier Nasti,\nis installed in the cellar of Chambart, between the stone walls, the beams in\nwood and thousands of bottles. Around two sharing tables of eight\nand ten people, Olivier Nasti and Jean-Baptiste Klein have developed a\ncontemporary cuisine composed of favorite products and natural wines. A\nunique menu, surprise, is elaborated according to the products of the day. On his side,\nthe Marius Bar is decorated in a way that invites you to take a break from time, surrounded by\nof cookbooks and archival photos of the Chambart.
