But this commitment is also reflected in his\nactivity through the purchase of organic grapes, used for the elaboration of\nhis other wines.<\/p>\n\n<p>For the summer, Albert Bichot unveils two beautiful cuv\u00e9es of Hautes-C\u00f4tes de Nuits On the pinot noir side, a fruity and fresh 2017 vintage, made from grapes from clay-limestone soils and vinified in wooden and stainless steel vats. Served slightly chilled now, it is suitable for summer tables. On the Chardonnay side, a 2018 vintage with a floral nose and remarkable freshness in the mouth.
