Silver remains the first whisky to have revealed to specialists and amateurs the aromatic power of buckwheat when it is used to make a spirit. Aged for 5 years in French oak barrels containing cognac to obtain aromas, flavors and colors, this whisky, the result of several years of research, is characterized by a complex nose of citrus, nuts and flowers. In the mouth, fruity notes of apple or orange peel mingle with spices. It offers a fresh and balanced finish.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/lhonoremagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Capture-d&#x2019;e&#x301;cran-2020-10-07-a&#x300;-12.44.08.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26486\" width=\"585\" height=\"550\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p>Broc\u00e9liande, a woody variation of Silver, is also aged for 5 years in oak barrels from the Limousin region before completing its maturation in new oak barrels from the Broc\u00e9liande forest. The woody nose is mixed with notes of vanilla and flowers, while the woody mouth, complex, gives way to fruity flavors.
