French fashion house Trilobe, one of the few to be 100% independent, unveils today the first feminine interpretation of its flagship collection, Les Matinaux.<\/h3>\n\n

At the beginning, it is a work of Ren\u00e9 Char. Today, Les Matinaux is the flagship collection of a French watch brand, Trilobe<\/a>. Founded by the young entrepreneur Gautier Massonneau, Trilobe is based on the concept of a concentric display of hours, minutes and seconds. <\/p>\n\n

Its Les Matinaux collection has a movement designed by watchmaker Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Mojon, a star motorist who has contributed to the success of MB&F, Herm\u00e8s, HYT, de Grisogono, Cyrus, MCT, Harry Winston, among many others. Today, the calibre of the Matinaux has been adapted by Trilobe and is flying on its own wings, still under the care of a third Swiss manufacture. <\/p>\n\n

Always between rupture and continuity, tradition and innovation, poetry and architecture, Trilobe unveils, two years after its launch, a more feminine interpretation of its collection Les Matinaux. It comes in a 38.5 mm case and is dressed in new materials and colors, with a wide range of bracelets as varied as they are colorful and immediately interchangeable, thanks to a quick fastener.<\/p>\n\n

Designed and developed in the spirit of the\nbrand, this edition of Les Matinaux houses the signature automatic movement of\nTrilobe, the Calibre X-Centric, whose architectural geometry will be appreciated,\nits contemporary spirit with uncluttered perspectives. Technically, we\nwill also appreciate its automatic winding by micro-rotor, a small\ntechnical difficulty that will not be denied by lovers of fine mechanics. <\/p>\n\n

Our opinion<\/em>: <\/strong>“We will not sulk at the pleasure of a young brand of fine French watchmaking, 100% independent, creative, playful, with a manufacture caliber that knows how to seduce both women and men! This new feminine version starts at 7,800 euros, a very reasonable price for such a high level of service and an in-house movement. The style is neat, the approach is refreshing, the concept is original and its relevance shows that it can be adapted to both sexes.
