This plot selection favors the expression of the Cabernet Sauvignon and gives the wine its fruit and intensity. This 2018 vintage, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (61%) and Merlot (39%) shows a balance claiming the minerality of Margaux terroirs. A year of ageing gives the tannins a great suppleness, combined with a real greediness which makes it a wine to drink young. Garnet color with purple reflections, nose of red fruits and slightly floral, mouth characterize this wine, whose tasting is marked by a round attack, notes of black fruits and a length which remains fresh.

Château Dauzac, the fifth Grand Cru Classé of Margaux in 1855, has a single vineyard spread over 49 hectares.
